Duties:

  • Retain information regarding global campaigns
  • Update client database with accurate donor profiles
  • Administrative duties delegated from manager
  • Interact in-person and educate a variety of customers
  • Report to the office manager
  • Attend and learn to conduct daily board meetings
  • Contribute to a positive, upbeat office atmosphere
  • Work with team to develop creative marketing and strategy workshops

Qualifications:

  • Completed high school diploma at minimum
  • Customer Service and/or Client Services experience considered an asset
  • Must be computer literate
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
